Everyone votes at once. Nobody anchors on the loudest voice.
Votes are hidden until the reveal, so the first number spoken does not become everyone’s number. Pick the sizing method that fits the team, and keep each round short.
Available on: Every plan

Real-time voting and a reveal that means something
Votes travel over WebSockets, and everyone sees the live count (“3 of 5 have voted”) but never the values. When the host locks the round, all votes reveal together with the low, median and high.
- Participants join with a session code and sign in with a free account.
- The reveal lists each person’s vote so the outliers can explain themselves.
- Confetti, because a finished round deserves it.

More on estimation
Three ways to size
Story points on Fibonacci, T-shirt sizes or hours, or your own custom values. Or skip numbers and place tickets relative to each other on a shared swimlane board.
- Presets for Fibonacci, T-shirt sizes and hours, or enter a custom scale.
- Relative estimation on a shared swimlane board.
- Pick the method per session; the rest of the flow stays the same.

Relative sizing on the shared board. A timer nobody can cheat
Countdowns run on the server, so a slow tab does not buy anyone extra time. The host can add 30 seconds, and everyone gets a warning before the round locks.
Re-estimate when it is genuinely contested
No consensus? Run another round on the same ticket. Every round is kept, so you can see how the discussion moved the number.
