Billing questions
What counts as a member?
Paid plans are billed per active member of your organisation. Plan limits such as the number of facilitators, live sessions and history still apply as listed.
Is there a trial?
Not yet. The Free plan has no time limit, so you can run real sessions while you decide.
What happens if a subscription ends?
The organisation carries on with the Free plan’s limits. Nothing is deleted.
Can we pay by invoice?
Pro and Team are paid by card. Invoicing and procurement paperwork are part of Enterprise — talk to us.
Why does it say “at launch”?
Cloud is in early access. These are the prices and limits it opens with; we will not change a plan you are on without notice.
