Estimate without the meeting.
Open a voting window instead of booking a room. People vote ahead of time, from any time zone, and the host reveals and finalises when the votes are in.
Coming soon Async voting ships with the next release.
Available on: Every plan

Vote on your own time
Turn on async voting when you create a session. Participants get a “Tickets to vote on” list showing each ticket’s status, how many people have voted and their own vote, and can change or withdraw it until the host reveals.
- Mix it with live rounds in the same session.
- Available for story-point and time estimation. The relative board stays live-only.
- Optional voting deadline: a reminder, or a hard stop that refuses new votes.
More on async voting
You stay in control
The host sees who has voted so they can chase the rest, but not what anyone voted. Values stay hidden from everyone until you click Reveal votes. Nothing reveals or finalises by itself, not even at a deadline.
- Reveal shows every vote with the low, median and high.
- Finalise any value, not only the median.
- On Jira and GitLab tickets, only the final value is written back.
Context travels with the ticket
Anyone in the session can comment on a ticket before, during or after a round: a risk, an assumption, a question or a link. Comments stay inside the session and are not sent to Jira or GitLab.
